The signs, laminated making them reusable and hardwearing, can be placed on or near the machine for ease of access. Use a whiteboard marker pen in the status box to keep members updated about progress. The signs have illustrations of alternative exercises that can be performed using dumbbells, barbells and other machines to work the same muscles.

The signs can be designed to include your logo and personalised to compliment your corporate colours.
